Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Animals carrying rol-3::GFP as a transgenic array (sEx1594) express GFP in all major hypodermal nuclei, with the exception of the seam cells. Expression is first detected during dorsal intercalation and is particularly intense throughout embryogenesis. Upon hatching rol-3::GFP expression persists in the major hypodermis at a relatively low-level throughout development up until the adult stage, where expression is not detected.
