Expression Pattern :

Pattern  lon-3::lacZ expression pattern appeared to be the same as that for the gfp reporter. In adult worms carrying the lacZ reporter gene, expression of lacZ was seen in many hypodermal nuclei including those in hyp5, hyp6, hyp7, hyp8, hyp9, hyp10, and hyp11. Expression of lacZ was first seen during the L1 stage and then persisted through the subsequent larval stages and into the adult stage. Primary Identifier  Expr1895
Subcellular Localization  nuclei
