Intermine data mining platform for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  We observed that both MIG-17 and EMB-9 localize in the head-region to a pattern reminiscent of the extracellular matrix proximal to the pharynx bulb (Ihara et al., 2011). MIG-17 protein levels were detectable in larva stage one through larva stage 4, but became undetectable upon reaching the adult stage. Primary Identifier  Expr15041
Remark  MIG-17::mNeonGreen knock-in allele. Allele name not specified.
