Expression Pattern :

Pattern  GFP signals were detected during all stages of C. elegans development (larvae L1 to L4 and adult hermaphrodites). Strong GFP expression was observed in dense bodies of striated body wall muscle cells. Primary Identifier  Expr9128
Remark  Picture: Fig. 5. Subcellular Localization  Expressed in dense bodies of striated body wall muscle cells. Colocalization experiments using 4',6'-diamidino-2-phenylindole- and Hoechst staining indicated that 3-ureidopropionase is not localized in the nuclei of muscle cells (data not shown).
