• Pattern: GFP observed in several neurons in the head, laterally as well as in the nerve ring, and about 3 neurons in the tail. Sometimes GFP was seen, but extremely faintly, in body wall muscle. The expression pattern stays the same through all postembryonic stages. Cells showing GFP expression in the embryo were not identified.
