• Pattern: casy-1b and casy-1c showed co-localization with both cholinergic and GABAergic neuronal markers. casy-1b and casy-1c show a more limited expression than casy-1a in the head neurons. However, both casy-1b and casy-1c are strongly expressed in the VNC motor neurons, which is not seen with casy-1a. No expression was observed in the gonadal sheath for the shorter isoforms.
