WormMine: ExpressionPattern Expr16342

• Pattern: CDC-25.3::GFP signal detected at 4-cell stage in ABa/ABp. Using our AF correction method, we were able to observe clear nuclear localization already at the start of the four-cell stage and accurately track its accumulation and release at NEBD at a time at which AF almost completely masked its expression in uncorrected images.
