Expression Pattern :

Pattern  cgh-1 mRNA appeared to be restricted to the two germline precursors Z2 and Z3 in wild-type L1 stage hermaphrodites, and was detectable specifically in the gonad at low levels into the L3 stage. cgh-1 expression was significantly higher during the early L4 stage, however, when numerous meiotic cells are present.
