WS295

Intermine data mining platform for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  expression consists of three components-- prior to the 100 cell stage until after elongation a large number of cells throughout the embryo are seen to express; in larvae and young adults expression is seen in the ventral nerve cord and a number of neuronal cell bodies (typically three) intrinsic to the nerve cord; in adults mosaic diffuse expression is seen in the muscle blocks of the pharynx. Primary Identifier  Expr178
Remark  Other strain-- UL852, UL855
