| Pattern | Pmctp-1b::GFP was expressed throughout the nervous system in 100% of analyzed worms. To determine whether Pmctp-1b::GFP was expressed only in neurons and not neuronal support cells, we co-expressed it with a pan-neuronal reporter Prab-3::mCherry.
