Expression Pattern :

Pattern  pak-1::gfp reporter was expressed in cells previously reported to express pak-1, including CAN neurons and ventral cord motor neurons. In addition to cells previously reported to express pak-1, this reporter was expressed at a low level in P5.p, P6.p, and P7.p vulval cell lineages during the L3 and L4 stages, consistent with cell-autonomous function. Primary Identifier  Expr10199
Subcellular Localization  In most cells including P5.p and P7.p, the PAK-1::GFP fusion protein localized to the cytoplasm. No obvious membrane localization or asymmetric localization of PAK-1::GFP was observed in vulval cells.
