Pattern  Low levels of GFP were seen in all postembryonic stages in a few neurons in the head and tail. GFP in the intestine was observed less frequently and usually only in the posterior 2 to 4 nuclei and anterior 1 or 2 nuclei, a distribution that has been considered an artefact of the reporter gene technology.
