• Pattern: The expression pattern of native GFP::CATP-5 is nearly identical to that of CATP-5::GFP [Expr14601]. However, we also detected expression on the plasma membrane of the distal tip cells (DTC) and on the plasma membrane of pachytene-stage germ cells.
