Intermine data mining platform for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  NCC-1 protein levels were found to correlate with the number of cell divisions during various stages of development. The highest NCC-1 levels were detected in embryos and the lowest levels in L1 larvae that were arrested by food deprivation. Upon release from L1 arrest, and resumption of cell division, NCC-1 protein levels were found to increase. Primary Identifier  Expr1328
