Expression Pattern :

Primary Identifier  Expr10879 Subcellular Localization  Double-immunofluorescence staining of C. elegans with antibodies against the endogenous Ce-lamin and Ce-MAN1 showed that they colocalized at the nuclear periphery throughout embryonic, larval, and adult development. Ce-MAN1 is expressed in all cell types examined and may be ubiquitous in C. elegans. By immunogold electron microscopy, a C-terminal epitope of Ce-MAN1 localized near the nuclear inner membrane and remained associated with peripheral chromatin and Ce-lamin in detergent-extracted nuclei.
