Pattern  The transgenic strain cop-136(PW08E12.3/4::GFP) was visualized at L4 stage using an inverted fluorescence microscope, which revealed that the expression of W08E12.3/ W08E12.4 is, at large, confined to the pharynx, and in particular pronounced in the dorsal epithelial pm8 cells present above the pharyngeal-intestinal valve.
