• Pattern: We confirmed the expression of this construct in F and U, but detected expression at lower frequency and level in other hindgut cells in hermaphrodites grown at 20C. Expression is also observed in K and K'. In wild type, cdh-3::gfp expression is never observed in Y. In contrast, the B cell expresses cdh-3::gfp at low levels in wild type.
