• Pattern: In C. elegans, the F54D5.4 gene was expressed at undetectable or very low levels compared to the control ama-1 target throughout post-embryonic development. The highest detected levels, based on the intensity of the bands, were of F54D5.4 in L4 nematodes just prior to the L4-adult moult. However, elevated expression was observed in dauer stage nematodes.
