• Pattern: Expression was observed in different developmental stages, from embryonic through all larval stages to adulthood. During larval development, GFP expression was detected in the hypodermis, the intestine and body wall muscles, as well as in neurons residing in the ventral nerve cord, the head and the tail. The ndk-1::gfp reporter was ubiquitously expressed in the developing vulva tissue from mid-L3 larval stage until adulthood.
