Expression Pattern :

Pattern  GFP was strongly expressed in the H-shaped excretory cell. In addition to the excretory cell, the fusion protein was detected in cells of the rectum and a pair of cells with parallel orientation posterior to the anus. No signals were detected without the control regions of the vha gene. Primary Identifier  Expr1460
Remark  vha-1::GFP, vha-2::GFP, and vha-4::GFP were observed to have indistinguishable expression patterns. See Expr1461, Expr1462.
