Intermine data mining platform for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  A pvf-1p::cfp transcriptional reporter drives expression of cyan fluorescence protein (CFP) in dorsal and ventral body wall muscle bands, beginning in the first larval (L1) stage, peaking at the L3 stage and slowly diminishing in the adult. The pvf-1p::cfp fluorescence colocalises with the yellow fluorescence from a muscle specific myo-3p::yfp reporter gene. These results are supported by immunofluorescence data. Primary Identifier  Expr11249
