• Pattern: mRNA of nRTN-C was detected in the early embryos and the expression was maintained at later embryonic stages. Moreover, nRTN-C mRNA was detected in the gonads of larvae: the gonadal primordium in L1 larvae, and developing gonads and oocytes at later larval stages. No signal was detected in the other larval tissues.
