Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression of Pacr-2::GFP was limited to the nervous system and largely restricted to neurons located in the ventral nerve cord. Expression of Pacr-2::GFP did not overlap with expression of a GABAergic mCherry reporter (Punc-47::mCherry), indicating that expression of acr-2 was limited to cholinergic motor neurons (DA, VA, DB, VB) in the ventral nerve cord of adult animals.
