• Pattern: sec-24.2 expression was seen in DA neurons, as defined by a DAT-1 promotor fused to mCherry. All eight DA neurons were co-labeled by psec24.2:GFP. Remarkably, sec24.2:GFP signal was detected in only a few non-DA cells, suggesting a heretofore unappreciated selectivity of function for SEC24.2.
