Phenotype Remark  RNAi depletion of F26E4.10 apparently had no effect on expression of unspliced let-7 primary transcripts, but an increase in the SL1-let-7 product (SL1 is trans-spliced to let-7) was observed. Authors note this indicates that the trans- spliced form of let-7 is a substrate for processing by the putative Drosha homolog (F26E4.10). Little if any decrease in the accumulation of mature let-7 RNA was observed. let-7 is a miRNA.
