WormBase ID  WBRNAi00091864 Phenotype Remark  daf-2 RNAi resulted in increased post-translationally-modified HSF-1 protein, both under unstressed and stressed (heat shock at 37 degrees for 90 minutes) conditions, as determined by Western blot using anti-HSF-1 antibodies. Overall expression of HSF-1 appeared to be increased as well.
