WormBase ID  WBRNAi00082239 Phenotype Remark  Immunostaining of wild-type with the TLK-1P634 antibody revealed nuclear/chromatin-associated staining from early prophase through metaphase and staining of mitotic centrosomes. In icp-1(RNAi) embryos the nuclear/chromatin-associated staining was strongly reduced. Because TLK-1 expression (unphosphorylated) is not dependent on ICP-1, this reveals a defect in phosphorylation. The mitotic centrosome staining was not affected.
