    Expr1975 In uninfected transgenic worms, the lys-1 promoter drove expression of a lys-1::GFP fusion construct in the intestinal cells and in the six IL1 and six IL2 neurons as well as in a few unidentified neurons in the head ganglia. On a cellular level, the LYS-1::GFP fusion protein was found to have a vesicular localization.
