Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expressed principally in nerve cells of the head and tail. Expression of PME-3 is also shown along the body of the worm in nerve cord and in motor neurons. Primary Identifier  Expr4509
Subcellular Localization  A careful analysis clearly shows that most of the nuclei from pme-3::gfp worms are intensely fluorescent compared to the rest of the cell body. This suggests that PME-3 is predominantly localized to the nucleus.
