• Pattern: At hatching and during the time of Q cell migration, egl-20::gfp was expressed exclusively within a group of epidermal and muscle cells located in the posterior of the animal near the anus. These cells are equi-distant from either Q cell at hatching and are symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides of the animal. Both the level and the distribution of EGL-20::GFP are similar on the left and right sides of the animal.
