Expression Pattern :

Pattern  PPTR-1::mCherry-FLAG was observed in the pharynx, head neurons, nerve ring, spermathecae, and vulva. Primary Identifier  Expr8584
Remark  Picture: Figures 3, Figure S1, S2, Movies S1 to S8. Subcellular Localization  PPTR-1 is predominantly cytosolic with little DAPI overlap. There is remarkable overlap between the expression patterns of PPTR-1 and AKT-1. Partial overlap between AKT-2::GFP and PPTR-1::mC-FLAG was also observed, predominantly in the pharynx.
