Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is seen in all larval stages and adults, predominantly in intestinal cells. However, expression in other cells in the head and tail (presumably neurons), and expression in the pharynx and hypodermis is also seen, particularly in young larvae. This gene is the orthologue of human PIN4 (peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (NIMA-interacting), 4 parvulin). Primary Identifier  Expr9461
Remark  Operon: CEOP2606 Subcellular Localization  Sub-cellular localization within the body wall muscle: Muscle cell membrane +/- Muscle arms

Epidermal layer. hypodermis epidermis WBbt:0005733
the feeding organ, a neuro-muscular pump in the head of the animal, used to ingest food, bacteria suspended in liquid, filter them out, grind them up and transport posteriorly into the instestine. pharynx esophagus WBbt:0003681
posterior region, from rectum to the end tail   WBbt:0005741
anterior-most body region containing the pharynx. head   WBbt:0005739
any of 20 large epithelial cells which form a tube and are mostly situated as bilaterally symmetric pairs around the tubular lumen. Each of these cell pairs forms an intestinal ring ( II-IX int rings). The most anterior intestinal ring (int ring I), however, is made of four cells. Intestinal cells contain large nuclei with large nucleoli and numerous autofluorescent granules in their cytoplasm. intestinal cell   WBbt:0005792
