Expression Pattern :

Pattern  3 of 4 lines gave detectable expression but expression was weak in the lines were it was seen. The strongest expression was in the vulval muscle cells. Expression was also seen in the posterior region of all larval and adult stages that may be anal depressor muscle and intestinal muscle. Expression was also seen in embryos, but these embryos appeared to be a disorganised group of cells and seemed to be degenerating. Primary Identifier  Expr7559
