• Pattern: Early embryos show strong expression in all but a group of cells at one end. Comma stage embryos have slightly weaker expression and in mostly anterior regions. From late embryo to adult, there is expression in the dorsal and ventral nerve cords and two cells lateral to the terminal pharyngeal bulb. There is also expression in the intestine and weakly in head muscles and coelomocytes.
