Expression Pattern :

Pattern  lep-5 RNA was readily detectable in the tail tip of an L2 male. Co-staining with DAPI indicated that lep-5 RNA is predominantly, if not exclusively, cytoplasmic. Consistent with the broad expression of the transcriptional reporter, lep-5 RNA was also detectable throughout the body, including neuronal ganglia of the head and tail and in the developing male somatic gonad. Primary Identifier  Expr14445
