• Pattern: A fosmid-based bicistronic transgene that co-expressed arcp-1 and free GFP was expressed in the main CO2 and O2 sensors: the URX, AQR, PQR, and BAG neurons. We also observed expression in a subset of other sensory neurons (i.e., AFD, ASE, AWC, and AWB).
