WormMine: ExpressionPattern Expr12108

• Pattern: A transcriptional reporter expressing GFP driven by the OSG-1 promoter, (Posg-1::GFP, FDX2533 strain), yielded signals in body wall muscle, head muscle and in several neurons in the head including FLP neurons. Posg-1::GFP expression was also detected in the ASE neurons whose identification was confirmed by DiD dye staining.
