• Pattern: Fluorescence microscopy of trd-1::gfp shows a strong expression pattern of trd-1 in the cytoplasm of seam cells. In addition, trd-1 expression was observed in the developing gonad, including strong expression in the DTC and in the spermatheca from the late L3 stage onwards. Additionally, expression of trd-1::gfp was observed in the Pn.p cells and anchor cell, as previously reported.
