• Pattern: GFP expression was detected in larvae and adults transgenic worms containing the uggt-1::gfp construct in cells of the nervous system, amphid neurons of the head and the nerve ring; neurons in the dorsal and ventral nerve cords and neurons along the body. Expression was also observed in the phasmid neurons located at the lateral side of the tail.
