• Pattern: GFP was expressed in the DVA neuron, the ventral nerve cord and other neurons in the head and tail. Nuclear-localized GFP was also present in the developing vulva, the hypodermis and body wall muscle. The GFP expression pattern looks very similar, if not identical, to that observed for UL4038, which was generated by the same strategy as for UL3572 but using a different starting fosmid.
