• Pattern: prml- 2::gfp and prml-4::gfp. The two reporter strains showed very similar GFP expression patterns in embryos. In larval stages and the adult, both reporters showed GFP expression in the hypodermal syncytium, but not in the seam cells of the hypodermis.
