Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The sma-3::mCherry reporter shows expression at low levels in the cytoplasm of the tail tip of both sexes at the beginning of the L4 stage. In males, the SMA-3::mCherry fusion protein enters the nuclei of hyp8-11 prior to tail tip morphogenesis and remains in both the cytoplasm and nuclei during morphogenesis. In hermaphrodites, SMA-3::mCherry remains cytoplasmic throughout L4 and never enters the nuclei. Primary Identifier  Expr11049
