• Pattern: A functional MADD-2: GFP reporter was strongly expressed in the AC and more weakly in the adjacent uterine cells around the time of invasion (Pn.px to Pn.pxx stages). The MADD-2: GFP signal was slightly polarized toward the basal side of the AC, where the invasive membrane forms.
