Expression Pattern :

Pattern  apl-1 expression was detected in more than 50 neuronal, muscle, hypodermal, and supporting cells in adults. The larval expression pattern was similar to the adult pattern with a few exceptions; for instance, apl-1 is expressed in more ventral cord motor neurons in the first larval stage (L1) animals than in other larval stages or adults.
