• Pattern: Expression of pghm-1::GFP, pgal- 1::CFP and pamn-1::mCherry fusion constructs showed co-localization of the three reporter constructs in most of the cell bodies of the nerve ring in the head and the tail ganglia. Expression data indicate that neuropeptide PHM, PAL and PAM enzymes are expressed throughout the nematode nervous system, where they likely function redundantly to promote neuropeptide synthesis.
