• Pattern: We observed prominent dma-1p::dma-1::gfp expression in the IL2 dendrites during dauer. Expression of dma- 1p::dma-1::gfp was not detectable in adult IL2s. dma-1p::dma-1::gfp translational reporter is prominently expressed in the FLPs and PVDs during dauer. We observed prominent dma-1p::dma-1::gfp expression in the IL2 dendrites during dauer. Expression of dma- 1p::dma-1::gfp was not detectable in adult IL2s.
