| Pattern | Consistent with the western blot experiments, immunostaining of endogenous GSKL-1-FLAG and GSKL-2-Ollas worms revealed strong fluorescence at multiple stages of spermatogenesis. In males, immunofluorescence was brightest in the proximal gonad, which is where spermatogenesis occurs.
