• Pattern: This simple expression pattern expresses in the body wall muscle and in the vm1 vulval muscles. The staining of the bodywall muscles is strongest in the head and anterior of the worm. Expression begins in 3-fold embryos, and is seen throughout larval stages to adulthood. The vulval muscles express in L4 larvae and adults. Both components display mosaic expression.
