Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Adult hermaphrodites carrying this reporter gene were found to strongly express the GFP signal in a group of cells forming the vulva and in the area surrounding the pharynx, probably in the head ganglia. In addition, GFP expression was observed in the ventral nerve cord and in the amphid neurons. A weak GFP signal was detected on the body surface. Primary Identifier  Expr1852
