• Pattern: In wild-type animals, del-1::gfp expression comes on in the VB motor neurons in the early L2, but is repressed in the VA motor neurons, which are establishing synaptic inputs during the L2 stage. From the late L2 to the adult, del- 1::gfp expression is progressively established in the VAs, appearing in an anterior-to-posterior wave.
